As a 19 year mortgage veteran, I really appreciated the content and manner in which this book was written. This book will assist the novice to the professional, and though the book contains many technical aspects of the mortgage industry, it is written in a conversationally friendly format. “The Success Kit” is a must have comprehensive guide, and therefore, I strongly recommend this book to anyone who has an interest in pursuing a career in the mortgage industry.

This is an excellent condensed version of 4 years in college. This book has it all, from mortgages, loan docs, processing, qualifying, laws and ethics and much, much more. Anyone in the real estate business would benefit greatly from this book.

I would recommend this book to any beginning mortgage professional. It reads like a text book and has quizzes at the end of each chapter which I appreciated.

I found this book to be a great starting place in the search for understanding in the Mortgage Industry. So many resources have polluted the roads for gaining understanding. This book puts it in proper perspective, gives you the explanations and helps you even to strive for more information. I won’t say that this is the ultimate, but its the best book to get under your belt if you’re serious about your profession. I pray this only launches you to continue in learning, study and show yourself approved.

I’m new to the mortgage industry and found Daniel Seppinni’s book extremely helpful. I read the entire book and now use it often as a reference. His writing is clear and concise and he covers all facets of the industry including the application, borrower qualifications, legal considerations and sales tactics.

It has so much information, even mortgages veterans can learn from this book. Great job!
